We are looking for five men from various backgrounds and industries who can give us the TRIPLE THREAT: substance, style and sex appeal!

When I won Maniera Magazine’s Men of Style back in 2009, I was only a few month’s old in SL and just discovered modeling. Winning this contest put my name in the spotlight and helped launched my modeling career. Most of all, winning this contest allowed me to meet many wonderful people especially my mentor and SL mom, Topaz Joubert. Thank you Maniera.

This is our second year operating. A search for the best model to represent Vero Modero. “Mutya”  means Pearl or Muse. This year Miss Mutya is organized and presented by Pixel ICON and Vero Modero.

We want to see the creative perspective of our selected [sYs] skins through your eyes!

This Contest will run from October 2011 to May 2012.

Every month a skin will be released or announced as the skin of the month, in order to participate you will need to buy  this particular skin at our mainstore.

There are some limitations like  how to style. You are welcome to use other designs in your images for hair, lingerie and accessories ONLY FROM OUR SPONSORS, but the focus of your style should mainly represent  [sYs].
Only [sYs] clothes will be allowed .

Keep in mind that it is a skin contest, therefore nudity is allowed as long as it is done in a tasteful manner.
For the theme of your images, just be as creative as possible.
We reserve the right to decline any images that we do not see fitted or proper for this contest.

Every month one winner will be selected and at the end of the contest (that shall last six months total), our monthly winners will be delivered by one last skin that they will have to compete in a “Styling Challenge” where a panel of [sYs] Staff and Muses will decide who is the winner based on that challenge.

What do you need to do to participate?

[2] Every month a new skin will be selected and announced in the flickr and [sYs] Design groups as the “[sYs] Skin of the Month” that will have to be used in order to take part in the contest.
You and any other models that are featured in your image, must be wearing the “[sYs] Skin of the Month”
Bodyshots ( full or 3/4 ) or headshots are allowed as long as the skin is well displayed.

[3] Rename your image submission on flickr as follows “[sYs] Skin Challenge (your full name) –  (Name of the Skin of the Month and Month of participation)”

[4] You are allowed to submit only one (1) image per month.

[5] On the description field,  please credit all content photographed in the image. Also, please be sure to credit the photographer if you didn’t photograph the image by yourself.

[6] All Images that are submitted will need to be either 1024×1024 px or 2048x1024px. Light  photoshop editing is allowed as long as the skin colour and display is not altered .

We are looking for a model to feature in our upcoming book: THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS featuring FINESMITH designs. Miss Bliss Couture 2011, Fourth Phase, October

The fourth phase of MISS BLISS COUTURE 2011 starts on October the 1st and ends on October the 15th.

Only two months left to enter the couture house’s beauty pageant of the year that will crown one lucky lady as Face of Bliss Couture.

The management has fixed the castings for the new models on the days:

– 6 of July 1PM SLT

The landmark will be given in the group before the beginning of the casting. The models have to prepare 2 outfits:

– 1 elegant
– 1 modern
with jewelry and accessories (of course, it is not mandatory that they are Gems & Kisses but recommended)

The models have to do the 2 walks with 3 poses of 10 seconds each in front of the judges. At the end of the 2nd walk the models have to sit in front of the judges and to answer few questions.

We remember that few positions are available but all the models that obtain a good point will be in a graduatory and taken as models as new positions will be free without a new casting.

All models to participate have to fill this application and join the Gems & Kisses waiting list.

It is all about the beauty you create with your meticulous care of yourselves and your wardrobe. Your professionalism and your dedication.

Models will be judged by a panel of professionals in the modeling and fashion industries, not only on their skills to represent the subject/theme but also on their practice and techniques of the runway.

At the end of this audition, the jury will then choose the female and male Model which will have best known how to find the perfect symbiosis of the professionalism, the elegance and the beauty and showed the qualities waited to be the brand image of the SuperElite Modeling Agency.
The 2 winners will be crowned as “Miss SE Spring” and “Mr. SE Spring”.

Please be sure that you meet the following criteria:
Truly possess the desire to participate in a pageant and look forward to the event with enthusiasm, rather than with trepidation or ambivalence

Registration Fee- 1000 L obtained from voting sponsorship

1. Avatar must be 2 months or older as of February 1st 2010 (so you must have rezzday of Dec 1 2009 or before)
2. Contestant must have an updated avatar which includes: skin, hair, clothes, and ao’s
3. Enter the picture contest to obtain registration fee from voting sponsorship
4. Contestant must have knowledge of their country for interview questions.(Prefer contestant to live in or be born in rl country that they represent )
5. Be available for the time and dates (see below) of preliminaries and final pageant

To enter the pageant your entry form is due at posting your picture and the qualifying fee of 1000L must be raised by by: Friday, February 26, 2010.

Each month will be choose a model (male or female) to be in the AD of Champagne in BOSL. So you have to be available to do the photo shoot.

CONTEST: MODAVIA AUTUMN CASTING 2009

Wanna be a SUPERMODEL at one of the most prestigious and highly selective Fashion and Marketing Group in SL?
READ BELOW if you got what it takes:

Modavia Fashion Marketing is pleased to announce that we will be holding our Fall casting for the Supermodels group this month. Supermodels will represent Modavia in the Modavia Fashion Directory and will participate in promotional events related to the Directory. Both male and female models are sought.

Semifinals will be held for 50 short-listed models on NOVEMBER 15th at 12 noon & 1pm SLT in 2 groups. Personal invites will be sent to those who will be joining.

Finals for 20 models will be held on NOVEMBER 22 at 12 noon SLT.

FIVE new Supermodels will receive invitations to the Modavia group.

There will be NO rescheduling of casting auditions made for individuals. So please mark these days and times if you are interested in joining.

There will be no public announcement of the list of models who will be in the semi and final castings. All announcements will be sent in the form of personal invitations. Please do not call asking if the selection has completed. You will know if you receive the invitation.

To apply for the casting:

– Minimum level of English is necessary
– You must be an experienced model
