What’s new?

– Easier setup (everything except sets is gone from the notecard, configure stand id and permissions by click)
– Revamped UI
– 42 poses included, from Diesel Works and Glitterati
– Support for 25 sets per posing stand
– HUD can move around the lights
– Light and backdrop mode: the number buttons (1-10) now control the brightness (1=10%, 10=100%)
– Quick command button to send single commands (e.g. for setting light color: “LIGHT:darkmagenta”)
– See previous line – colors for light/backdrop support all webcolor names now:

So you can use SL style colors: “<1.,1.,1.>”, hex colors: “#ffffff” and web colors: “white”
– Autocycle button:
* In pose/set mode this will allow to switch to next pose every some seconds automatically
* In light and backdrop mode this will allow you to auto-cycle through all colors
– HUD displays chosen texture/color of the backdrop
– Pose buttons + pose name visible in minimized mode, too
– Improved feedback from lights and backdrop: colorname/number and texture/number are shown
– Simplified remote commands for your scripts

Every month, the contest winner will have their picture in view of the entrance where everybody that comes in will see your picture. Contest is open to males and females.

Rules:
1- Rename the picture: Morgane’s model of the month (write the month for which you enter) – your name , then send me the texture only, no notecard.
1a- if the picture isnt renamed with your name, you wont be counted in, no exceptions, so double check before sending the picture to me!
1b- the month to write is for the following month (In july, write august)
1c- Picture MUST be full perm
2- The picture must show a pose from Morgane Batista Poses Shop only, freebie or not.
3- Only 1 contestant can enter per picture (if you do a group picture, choose who enters the contest)
4- Join my shop group on flicker and MUST add your picture there also: http://www.flickr.com/groups/morganebatistaposesshop/
5- If you win a month, you will have to wait 2 months to re-enter.

6- Remember which pose you used for the picture, if you win, you will need to write in a notecard the pose you used, from which pack and your inspiration from the pose for the picture. If you are a model you can also include in a notecard inside, your model resume.

Dates of entry is from 1st to 31th of every month.

Prize:
1- you will have your big picture in view of the entrance for everybody to see for a full month.
2- you will get a pack OR 6 poses (including couples) or walks of your choice!
3- your name will be announced in multiple in-world groups as winner

Fashion for Mental Health Awareness

June 4th – July 3rd a selection of your favourite designers will be presenting us with brand new items at the Black and Blue Fair… these items will be available at the fair and no where else (at least til its over)… Clothing, skins, hair, poses, accessories and more… we’ve got you covered.

The location remains undisclosed for now, but join our update group and we will keep you up to date with the latest information as it breaks.

The purpose of this fair is two-fold… firstly, FASHION. Who doesn’t love a good fashion event? Brand new items, some at discount rates, all in one glorious place?  Lovely.  Secondly though, there will be information about all sorts of mental health issues and illnesses throughout the venue.  Mostly these will be visual aids around the precious couture so that people don’t have to read huge chunks of text.  The main purpose of the fair is to de-stigmatise mental health issues… a lot of people in Second Life have unhappy “real lives”… for whatever reason. Some of us are unwell, disabled, depressed and other people are just lonely or don’t like who they think they are.. But no one is alone, and in SL we can be ourselves. So don’t let it beat you black and blue… Couture can help!
