LTD: ON THE SHELF
When Editorial Clarity told me that he is publishing a magazine, I told him that I would love to have a column in it. I have written in several Second Life Magazines before and I was expecting him to say, “YES, I would love to have you.”. But I was sadly mistaken. lol. He said, “You look pretty and you can style a great avatar but you can’t decorate.” WELL!!! Obviously, my hubby don’t know me very well. So, I set out a plan to wow him with the amazing interior designer in me. :p
I absolutely LOVE finding interesting, cute, amazing little items in Second Life. The more unique, the better. I know there are a lot of amazing, talented and imaginative content creators out there and I feel it is my duty to collect and appreciate what they make. These little things I feel is what makes a house a home. What we display in our homes can tell who we are, where we’ve been and sometimes where we are headed in life. Each little items we showcased tell a lot about our personality, dreams and goals.
So, after many weeks of campaigning, Editorial Clarity finally gave in and let me have my own column. In the JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2014 ISSUE of LTD Magazine, I am sharing several items that I absolutely love in Second Life. I feel they are “must haves” in any house guaranteed to put a smile on your face and help make your living abode a home. Each issue will be a different style focus, but I hope you enjoyed this one! Next issue will be focused on Toys/Dolls/Plushed. If you think you have a new item that may fit the theme, let me know and it could be featured ON THE SHELF.
