The Nautical style outfit comes from Chantkare Male Designs by Applonia Criss who is such a sweetheart. I love this sweater with the blue and white stripes. The choice of texture and color is amazing. This sweater is called Raven due to the bold print of a raven in flight at the front of the sweater (Not Shown in the Pic). A perfect outfit for a casual cool summer night. The pants is also from Chantkare Male called Thermal Legs. LOVE LOVE LOVE the texture and fit which shows comfy casual wear. The jewelry is a limited edition from FINESMITH Designs called Valeria which model Valeria Endrizzi is the Inspiration. The necklace looks like a delicate beautiful shell. The hair/hat is from White~Widow called The Dark Knight. I am so happy that White~Widow have men’s hair now. I love their selections and I hope they will make more. I choose this hairstyle because it is cute and quirky…just adorable. Garded Secret’s Evil Eyes make-up/tattoo layer finishes the look to fit the theme of despair and loneliness of the scene. AVENUE Models proudly presents the sneak preview of the CHANTKARE inMOTHion collection in this one of a kind fashion experience. You’ve seen it on YouTube and
Flickr, now is your chance to see it live before Monday’s release.
CHANTKARE inMOTHion Women’s Collection, created by designer Applonia Criss, is a dazzling array of color and texture inspired by exotic moths of the rainforest set against rich lush hues of green. The overall feeling this season is that of comfortable elegance with a modern edge. A play with patterns set against contrasting tones of vibrant red, cool turquoise, and muted beige culminating in a soft feminine touch. One will also find various patterns of the safari and butterflies. Applonia says, “we are known for very feminine clothes with a sexy edge and I wanted to play with a softer look in various delicate fabrications and tones to dazzle the eyes.”
CHANTKARE inMOTHion Men’s Collection, under brand CHANTKAREMALE, is the debut collection from new Chantkare designer Boston Westland and it doesn’t disappoint. With rich masculine tones from the rainforest Boston cuts jackets with a bold edge that compliments most men. A twist on pattern and color that is subdued with eye-catching golden yellows and shades of pewter stand out amongst the many pieces as well as tropical swimwear that will surely captivate all. Boston says, “when making this collection I wanted to convey a feeling of happiness, joy and a certain sexual appeal through the masculine eye.”
The new Chantkare store will open with this spring collection on March 29th. With the new season comes a new environment conceived under the art direction of Long Pausch, co -owner and partner. Long adds “the build is a fusion of concrete and glass tiles with an emphasis on organic geometry.” One will find interesting details of sharp bold color applied to the decor and accents, giving focal points throughout the store.
