FASHION: VITAMEN Underwear: T shirt and Briefs. Vitamen Hax designs one of the best underwear fashions for men in Second Life. It is my very favorite store to shop for realistic briefs, thongs, boxers and swimwear.

CONFESSION: This picture represents letting go of my SL addiction. Cutting the strings of my puppet Avatar in order to deal with reality. It’s fantastic to dream and live in SL fantasy but no matter how awesome it is living the dream in a perfect SL world with a perfect SL life in a perfect famous avatar, IT’S NOT REAL LIFE. I see a lot of drama and pain here as well as backstabbing and nasty childish behavior. I’m not one to judge but SL is supposed to be fun and a place to get away from the stress of real life. On the other hand, I’ve seen such great things like people helping each other through charities as well as meeting fantastic friends from all over the world. I am not leaving SL but my main focus now is my RL and being happy in the real world. I have quit several SL jobs and agencies already and may continue to cut back on more. I wish everyone a happy and fulfilling life whether in SL or RL. Best Wishes.

FASHION: Bare Rose Apollo Toga Outfit complete with Wings and the skin is from The Abyss called Angel.

INFO: I chose this picture as the very first one to post on 2011 in my Flickr Stream because it is just awesome and I love the story of ICARUS which shows that anything is possible this year with caution and hard work.

THE FLIGHT OF ICARUS

ICARUS soared through the skies in great joy, loving the new found freedom and attention.
He ignored the warning that was given to him not to fly too close to the sun as it would melt the pair of wings fashioned from wax and feathers.

Overcome by the giddiness that flying lent him, Icarus rocketed through the sky curiously, but in the process he came too close to the sun, which melted the wax. Icarus kept flapping his wings but soon realized that he had no feathers left and that he was only flapping his bare arms. And so, Icarus fell to his death in the sea which bears his name, the Icarian Sea.

Behind the Scenes:

That is Lybra Rage and Markski Glom directing the scene for the photoshoot.

As you can see, we left plenty for the imagination. ;p

This was a very fun shoot to do. Even though it is very sexy and there’s nudity, I felt very comfortable. It is also my first time shooting with Cade Nansen and BlackBarbie Bravin which are just awesome to work with. Lybra Rage is the artistic genius with the idea to make this into a Finesmith Jewelry Advertisement. I must say, it turned out AMAZING.

As a model both in SL & RL, I don’t have any qualms about nudity as long as it is artistic and not pornography. I confess I had modeled nude in RL for an artist sketch as well as for a photographer’s portfolio who is actually becoming huge in San Francisco. I had visited him last year and there I was in all my glory (LOL) at his art gallery. Anyway, the point is….do what makes you feel comfortable. Do it for yourself (not anyone else) and never be coerced into doing something you are not comfortable with.
