HAPPY THANKSGIVING 2012
Whether you celebrate Thanksgiving or not, Edi and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has shared with our journey and gave their love, support and friendship. We love you and we want you to know that we appreciate you. Thank you for being there for us. Our journey has been filled with ups and downs and we both have made a lot of mistakes, but it only made us stronger and love each other more.
I have been in Second Life since 2009 and it has been an amazing journey. I have been blessed in the SL Fashion Industry and had many amazing moments, but now the only thing I really treasure are my family and friends. It is nice to have someone very special that you love and who loves you back in return..sharing a close bond that no one can destroy. It is nice to be surrounded by family and friends who truly cares about you and not what you can do for them. Second Life lately has been filled with drama, crooks, and adults acting selfishly like children to make themselves feel important. I think to myself…..what a sad sad sad existence. Second Life is supposed to be fun and a solace from RL. Why act like an asshole and treat everyone like crap? Why act so fake that at one moment they are your best friend and then talk crap about them as soon as their backs are turned?
One thing I have learned is that everyone is equal. I don’t care if you own an agency or one of the best designers on the grid. If you act like you are better than everyone else and treat people badly, You will get no respect from me and I have no problem in kicking your ass if you get into my business. I don’t give a shit about my reputation and I absolutely have nothing to lose. People think I’m crazy and they are absolutely right. I am crazy and protective about my friends and family, so please please please give me a reason to go full psycho on you. I have all the time in the world and resources.
Despite all the crap and all the assholes with superiority complex in Second Life, I have met many wonderful people who are kind and have huge hearts. You are the ones I am thankful for and I hope Second Life won’t change who you are.
