I choose for this contest a great actress , Veronica Lake , fabolus style icon as femme fatale in many noir movie in 40’s years.
Veronica Lake, aka Constance Frances Marie Ockleman (Brooklyn, November 14, 1922 – Burlington, July 7, 1973) was an American actress, who enjoyed enormous popularity in the ’40s mainly thanks to starring roles in film noir as a couple with Alan Ladd.
I choose her as Femme Fatale cause she was a very important style icon (we remember her famous hairstyle called peekaboo bang , which covered half of the face) and she was as a star of incredible beauty and charm. Not at all the great Bette Davis called it “the most beautiful person ever came to Hollywood.”
So beauty, charme, and something of mysterious that differed from other women makes Veronica Lake, the femme fatale par excellence.
