Thursday, March 11th – GLANCE – GLANCE International Agency (GIA), SL’s premiere fashion marketing and public relations agency announced today that it will host the “Accessory Fair Show” this Saturday, March 13, at 1:00 PM SLT on the Accessory Fair 2010 Catwalk.

Highlighting the show is Nicky Ree, whose designs provide the base upon which the Accessory Fair 2010 designs will be shown. In this first show of two, GIA Top Models will introduce carefully crafted accessories from Gems & Kisses (Deliziosa Vendetta), Jewelry by Jake (TJake Kearny), AlaMood (Jori Watler), LacieCakes (Lacie Chambers), Ticky tacky (Narita Rayna), Rezlpsa Loc (RezIpsa Luckstone), Ganked (Misti Merryman), Yabusaka (Yabusaka Loon), PrimOptics (Nibb Tardis), M-Style (Mikee Mokeev), and U&R Dogs (Uta Karas & Ruriko Jewell).

To maximize the gowns and accessories presentation, the runway stage has been placed on Glance sim and will be accessible only to models and GIA Staff Members, leveraging down the lag factor. The public will enjoy the show from the comfort of their seats, located on the Accessory Fair 2010 island.

Pose Fair Coming Soon!!!


# WHAT IS POSE FAIR?

Pose Fair 2010 is a fair dedicated to poses, animations, aos, etc. There are so many fairs already – why can’t we have our own?!

We will be supporting the charity Motivation – a mobility charity that works to help disabled people throughout the world in low income countries, who do not have access to other means of support. A mobility charity is so appropriate to the work we do within Second Life, and we hope you agree!

# WHEN IS POSE FAIR?

This year Pose Fair will run from April 2nd until April 16th.
There will be a blogger preview from March 31st. Please contact Shana Pizzaro if you would like to be included.

# WHO WILL BE THERE?

There are 80 available spots for vendors. As soon as we have a list, you will too!

# IS IT GOING TO BE A LAG FEST?

There will realistically be lag, yes, unless no one cares and the place is quiet.
There will be animation vendor scripts and pose ball scripts all trying to work, so to combat this we’re keeping the design really simple so you won’t have to load too many textures straight away.
Pose Fair will be on its own sim, and we hope that will help.
