The Story Behind IT:

This was the very first modeling contest that I entered. I was only a little over two months old in Second Life with no modeling experience whatsoever. The funny thing is that SL GLam was the agency that sparked my interest in modeling. I did not know there were models in Second Life until a friend teleported me to an SLGLAM casting call because she was very upset that she didn’t make the cut for the next round. I sat there mesmerized and my first spark of modeling interest was born. I went immediately to the SLGLAM office to fill out an application but I did not meet many of the requirements such as I have to be six months old in SL to apply. Right there and then, I made a goal to myself that in six months, I will become an SLGLAM model.

One month later, A friend told me that SLGLAM was having a Model Search based on picture voting and RUNWAY WALK OFF Contest. The three top Vote getters and two others of their choosing will have to compete in the Catwalk.
Several of my closest friends have entered and four of us were in the top five: Mikey Batriani, AlexanderVyper Avedon, Aeiron Dexing and Myself. It was very hard to compete with friends and the victory was bittersweet.
I am very proud and honored to be MR SLGLAM 2009 and be pick as an SLGLAM Top Model earlier than expected. =)
